  • Lease executions & Renewals. Enforcement of the terms on rental agreement.
  • Rents & Deposit Collections & Distributions (Online Payment system & Direct Deposits.
  • Eviction executions from filing to writs (legal court hearing representation available at additional attorney fees).
  • Monitor tenant and property during the term of rental agreement. Non-compliance Fine issuing.
  • Tenant to Owner Online messaging system via property owner email.
Monthly Financial Reports:

Stand Alone Leasing This is a one time service, once the rental agreement is signed, all the information and paper work is turned over to the owner for self-management. When placing a tenant, we collect the security deposit and first months rent, our fee is deducted from the first months rent.
